Bank Leumi, one of Israel's top three banks, together with its subsidiaries, provides banking, financial, and non-banking services in Israel and internationally. The bank provides banking services to households and private customers, as well as small businesses and local authorities. In order to prepare the bank for emergency situations, during which the bank employees will have to work as "tele-commuters", the bank has prepared a Remote-Access-Plan (RAP). As part of this ambitious plan, the remotely accessing employees would have to go through a Citrix based gateway, which will guarantee a safe and secure access. Bank Leumi had to record and monitor this activity in order to comply with the relevant regulations.
Solution
Bank Leumi integrated ObserveIT solutions and created an audited gateway. This way, all the remote users' activities would be recorded for future possible audit.
