A multinational manufacturer of popular beverages, with presence over 200 countries. At one of the franchisees, the company rolled-out a new ERP application. Its sales agents on-the-road had complained about the serviceability of the ERP services. In addition, the firm had outsourced its IT services to a 3rd party.
Solution
In order to improve its internal users' experience, ObserveIT solutions were deployed to track down the lack of usability. Using the detailed logs, the company proved that the complaints originated from lack of familiarity with the new capabilities of the ERP application.
