An international provider of integrated information and communications technology (ICT) solutions , specializing in delivering secure converged computing and communications infrastructure and services with operations in UK, US, Germany and throughout Latin America, won managed servers contracts. The customers demanded SLA with an ability to monitor the activities on their servers. SLA assurance and employees access supervision were part of the prestigious contracts, and solutions as well as results had to be presented on a daily basis.
Solution
This ICT provider deployed ObserveIT Gateway solution. All the employees had to go through a virtual gateway for authentication, before being granted to access their employer's servers. This was, the ICT provider as well as the employer could closely monitor the people who accessed the servers (which had on them ObserveIT Server Agents), as well as audit the activity on the servers.
