Robust Security Architecture
ObserveIT is designed for secure enterprise environments, including financial organizations, governments and sensitive customer privacy databases. All data captured by ObserveIT is digitally signed and encrypted, and access to the data is limited by permissions. The Agent and the Application Server use token exchange to prevent session hijacking and replay and to encrypt data communication. ObserveIT also works seamlessly in an SSL communication environment.

Web-based Management Console
The web console provides a familiar and intuitive interface for ObserveIT configuration and administration. ObserveIT has role-based administration that limits and controls access to functionality and content in the Web Console. (For example, a DBA can be granted access to view session recordings on the SQL Server while being restricted from accessing Exchange or Active Directory servers.) Session views are audited and logged including user, IP address, capture session and frames viewed.
