Playback Any Remote Desktop, Citrix or SSL VPN Session
ObserveIT windows session screen-recording supports session recording of all remote access methods. With support for Terminal Services, Citrix, Remote Desktop,
PC-Anywhere, VMware, VNC and Dameware, ObserveIT is agnostic to protocol and to client application. With ObserveIT you do not need to playback hours of recordings just to find a single event! ObserveIT captures textual meta-data during the recording including Window title, Application names, Files in use and more. This detailed information of what the user is doing allows you to search for any user activity without the need to replay hours of recordings.

User Sessions Server Diary
The Server Diary answers the question “Who did what?”, for any monitored server or computer. Each monitored server has a diary that annotates all user activity performed on the server, in video and textual format. It allows managers to clearly view all the sessions that were performed on the monitored servers and drill down to the smallest details.
Free-Text Search
The Free Text Search view further expands the searching capabilities, allowing you to perform “Google-like” searches based on words that are important, such as "registry", "notepad", "delete" and so on. Results are displayed in a way that lets you see the context of the user actions.
“On-Air” real time replay of active sessions
Administrators or auditors can clearly see when a user session is still active. In this mode, any user action performed in the replayed session will be instantly transmitted to the slide viewer, making it possible to view the user actions in real time.
Real-Time Alerts
3rd-party monitoring and management tools – such as Microsoft System Center Operation Manager 2007, CA-Unicenter, IBM Tivoli, HP Openview – can be integrated with ObserveIT to create custom events, triggers and alerts. By doing so, you gain important real-time alerting and reporting capabilities, answering important control needs (ex: "Alert me when a Remote Desktop session is opened by a user called John to a remote server with a given IP address".)
